Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If an order arrives in more than one consignment, it runs from the day the last one arrives.
Every artwork in this shop is made to order. The law would allow a trader to withhold the right of withdrawal for goods made to a customer’s specification — we do not do that. The right applies to every order in this shop.
How to withdraw
Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough — an email or a letter. You do not have to use a particular form, and you do not have to give a reason.
Sending your statement before the 14 days are up is enough to meet the deadline. It does not matter when it reaches us.

What happens after you withdraw
We refund all payments received from you, including the delivery cost — which is zero, because shipping is free.
The refund is made within 14 days of the day your withdrawal statement reaches us, using the same means of payment you used. You are charged no fee for it.
We may withhold the refund until the goods are back with us, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever happens first.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we put it right at our cost — by reprinting it or refunding you. You are never asked to bear the cost of sending such an item back.
If you simply change your mind, the direct cost of sending the goods back is ours: this shop publishes no verified estimate of what a return costs, and a return cost that was not disclosed before the order is the trader’s to bear. Should that change, the cost will be stated on this page before you order — never after.
You are liable only for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
This does not affect your statutory rights
The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory conformity rights (Gewährleistung). Using the one never takes the other away.
The conformity rights are described in the terms:
