Ocean Sky & Sand is operated by Recherche Ventures e.U., Alfred-Coßmann-Gasse 14/2, 8054 Graz, Austria. Recherche Ventures e.U. is the seller and your contracting party; the full company details are on the imprint.

These terms are written in English, and English is the language of the contract.

Placing an order is a binding offer by you to buy the items in your cart on these terms.

The acknowledgement you see when the order goes through confirms that we received it. It is not yet our acceptance.

The contract comes into existence when we confirm your order. The confirmation page you reach at the end of checkout, showing your order number, is that confirmation.

You can correct input errors at any point before you submit the order: every completed step of the checkout can be reopened and changed, and reopening one does not discard what you entered in another. Nothing is binding until you press the pay button.

The text of these terms is not stored separately for your individual order and is not retrievable from the shop later. Please save or print this page if you want your own copy; the details of your order itself are shown on the confirmation page.

All prices are gross prices: they are tax-inclusive.

Each order is placed in a single currency — US dollars, Australian dollars or euros — and every amount belonging to that order is shown in it.

The price displayed when you place your order is the price charged.

The gross total shown at checkout is the full amount this shop charges you. Nothing is added to it afterwards. Under the shop’s current tax configuration that total does not depend on your address.

We ship free to the United States, Australia and Austria.

An order to any other destination cannot be placed: no other country can be chosen at checkout.

Shipping is free and unconditional to every destination we deliver to, in every currency. The delivery cost on your order is zero.

We undertake to hand the goods over to you no later than 30 days after we confirm your order. If we fail to, you may set us a reasonable additional period, and if that also passes you may cancel the contract and get back everything you have paid.

Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; this shop neither receives nor stores your card details.

Every artwork is made to order. Your piece is placed into production with the print partner once your payment has succeeded, which is why production starts at that point and not before.

Your statutory conformity rights (Gewährleistung) apply in full. These terms neither shorten nor exclude them.

Our liability for personal injury, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, is not limited.

Austrian law applies to the contract, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident in another country, the mandatory consumer protection of the country you live in applies to you regardless — nothing in these terms takes it away.
